The Committee on Justice recommends the Verkhovna Rada to adopt the Bill on Amendments to the Civil Procedural Code of Ukraine (Action for securing a Claim by Recognition and Implementation of the Foreign Court Resolution)

The bill (Reg. No. 6316) supports the rights and interests of the persons (claimants) who address the court with a petition for giving consent to recognition and compulsory implementation of the foreign court resolution.

The bill amends clause 394, 395 of the Civil Procedural Code of Ukraine, whereby the claimant can file a petition for taking action to support the claim under clauses 151-154 of the Civil Procedural Code of Ukraine.
